v1.047 was released so what is new ?

There were many changes but these were the major ones:

[!] Network code was remade from scratch, will be faster and will eliminate 1;010-c errors as we hope.
[!] Corrected loading of avatars in review section
[+] Ability to setup proxy server
[*] Update of Snipers Elite Def file
